How this school runs

Everything the app does by number is set here. Nothing needs code changed.

Backups

The database, every tutor's photograph and every receipt, in one zip. This is the only one of the three things on this page that is a real backup — restoring it gives you back exactly the app you had.

Export

JSON is every row of every table — readable, and it will go back into an empty database. It does not carry the photographs or the receipts, so it is not a substitute for a backup. CSV is for spreadsheets and does not go back in.

Import bookings

A bookings file from this app or another copy of it. People are matched by email. Nothing is written until you have seen what would happen and pressed the second button.

Replace everything

This deletes every account, session, bill and ledger entry here and puts the file's ones in their place. A backup is taken first, automatically. Only a signed-in superuser can do it, and you will be asked to type the school's name.

How it looks

Pick one, or mix your own. Everything on every page is worked out from these three colours, and anything that carries text is darkened until the text can be read on it — so a colour you like cannot turn into a page somebody cannot use.
